  Used this garage as it is five minutes down the road, situating it perfectly for convenience. My first interaction with them was an MOT and subsequent repairs. However, each time I came away from them the car had more problems than it went in with. I didn't feel like they were purposefully making issues, but rather ignoring existing issues that might have needed noting. Still, I trusted them and ignored my own doubts. That is until the performance started to sharply decline. Given my misgivings, I took it to another garage who asked whether I had work done on the front wheels. I told them that Spixworth MOT Bay had worked on the suspension and they revealed that the work that had been done on my car here had done serious damage to the front-end. The garage left my wheels splayed, which in turn led to pretty catastrophic damage to the car. Thanks to the workers at Spixworth MOT Bay not conducting standard checks to their work, a £180 repair post-MOT turned into a £700 repair to much of the front-end, including the repairs completed in Spixworth as even these weren't completely properly. As a direct result of these first repairs, which should have been the end of it, I ended up spending almost as much on repairs as I did on the car.
